Carles Conesa Escudé joined ITER as Design Coordinator for Remote Handling within the CIE Department on 3 August after having worked as a subcontractor since September 2006.
Before coming to ITER he worked for the ALBA synchrotron light source (a particle accelerator) in Barcelona, Spain.
Carles and his partner, who also works for ITER, live in Sainte-Tulle, near Manosque and when he is off works he enjoys doing things that make him feel alive.
